Had a problem at a hotel in getting a $100 Marriot Bonus Buck. I was then told that I would get a $100 Marriott Gift Certificate instead, since they were out of BB. The gift certificate then never arrived. After speaking with the GM, he offerred 40K MR Points instead. I took it. Other people's thoughts on this? At .75 cents a point, that is $300 of value.
