Yes, I agree - although haven't had the experience of LH for UA, but LH for SK - where one GA handles a full MD-80 and fails miserably, even forgetting (ignoring) to carry out closing procedures for the a/c. (as per SK crew)

(and releases all of our pre-assigned seats which were requested *months* in advance!)
