Qatar shared United's lounge at T3 at LHR but when United moved to T1 Qatar now uses the Servisair lounge (Business Class) and Virgin Clubhouse (Gold and First class) until Qatar moved into T4 in March 2009 where they will have their own dedicated lounge.

So may be they will go with Servisair and Virgin at LGW too.
