Do your timeshares have kitchens? My suggestion is to go grocery shopping in Orlando and Puerto Rico. I think it would be preferable to do so for reasons of convenience, food safety, and avoidance of TSA difficulties.

The frozen gel packs are not going to fly with the TSA, and the frozen egg beaters might not either.
