While the T&C's say you quoted say accepted at all properties it also says except where forbidden by local law. Add to that the fact that the properties aren't listed as participating and I'm wondering if this is the reason.

This certainly does not excuse the poor service from *wood customer care but it's just possible this whole mess could have been avoided from the begining with some due diligence.

Everyone wants a trip as special as a honeymoon to be perfect. Make the extra phone calls to assure it is.
