First time this happened to me was 2 weeks ago when I was flying out of ORD. I had checked in online and just needed to print my BP at MRChicken. For whatever reason it wouldn't take my credit card or MP# as ID on multiply machines. Would recognize my flight flight but would tell me to see a CR? Finally worked with record locator or ticket # (don't remember). I wondered at the time if the "MR" messed it up so it didn't match my credit card name or MP name? I had upgraded online...not sure if that impacted it?
