Just logged in to UAL to check some upcoming itineraries, and one of my waitlisted upgrades shows this:

Call 800-241-6522. When I called they routed me to the international travel desk, which of course was closed I searched FT for this and found nothing. Does it just mean "KaLl us now!"?
