Did you cancel the flights before departure time... else may count as no show..

I just canceled one online on the 15th.. was not sure if I would get the refund automatically, so I emailed diamond club as well.. either way the refund showed up on the 22nd on my BMI CC...

The GBP 25 fee may not be ideal... but buying 2 or 3 cheap flights e.g. 12 GBP, with GBP 78 tax and losing the GBP 25 x 1 or 2 is cheaper than buying last minute tickets of refundable ones... in this case it was DUB-MAN on Air Lingus vs. LHR-MAN on BMI... turns out I was in Dublin...

Been down in NZ for a few years.. but used to do this all the time... the main issue is keeping and audit of what refunds you are owed and when they ship in...
