It won't have any liquid, even when thawed, and I can wrap it in clear plastic wrap and put the package in a bin so it's obvious what it is. I don't want to go to the effort and expense if the TSA braintrust will treat it as a weapon. I'd hate to prove them right and use it to smack them upside their heads.
