I'm flying to VIE for work from 9/13-9/21 and UA is about $400 more expensive than Delta (~$1300). I've had bad, bad trauma on Delta (got stuck in the ATL airport overnight 5 times in as many years due to their errors and got no recompense for it except "you should be happy you made it home at all"). And I'm a 1P on UA, so I get all the extra perks like lounge access and, if available, an upgrade to business with my miles...hence the reason I'm also asking in this forum as most of you know the perks.

I figured I would ask you wise FTers for some advice on what other international airline flies to Vienna from either LAX or SNA at a fairly low price and with comparable (or better) comfort and experience to UA.

I don't know anything about flying other airlines except for the domestic big 4 so any help would be greatly appreciated!
