I think that this forum is large enough for all ranges of of satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Our opinions are going to range from excellent to poor, because we all have different expectations, perceptions, and experiences.
I know we don't agree in our thoughts about the airline but what you have said is very true. It would be nice if more people recognized it!!
