what happens if a person was born in London? The Austrian passport will just say "Place of Birth: London" right? How will an airport immigration official or airline agent know which London you were born in?

example of cities named "London"

"London, England"
"London, Ontario, Canada"
"London, Texas, USA" (plus a dozen other US cities named "London")
"London, Nigeria"

etc.......
