You can order food from any member of staff and eat anywhere in the open areas of the Concorde Room as well. I had an excellent sausage and mash last Friday. Ordered at the bar, told them where I would be sitting (in the open area overlooking the terminal area, staring at a large black horse with a lamp on its head) and the meal was brought to me within 5 minutes of ordering. Couldn't fault it. The waitress was very polite and wouldn't have been out of place in a good restaurant.
