I couldn't absolutely swear to it, but I'm relatively certain we had a DC-10 once or twice on SFO-KOA after that date. (But, only as last minute equipment switches.) I would say "DC-10 R.I.P.", except I hated them. Especially in their later malfunction-plagued years.
