How to contact CX
I need to get in touch with CX to talk to someone. I dont want to go through the filling the form on the website and then get the pre-written reply to fob you off.I am prepared to fly to HKG to deliver the details of what happened to me in order to bring it to someone in a position that will take note and make sure it does not happen again. Can anyone PM me or reply on here how I can do this. I am not seeking compensation, I want to know that the 200 000 miles I will fly with CX in the next 12 months in C of F will make sure that there is no way I will be subject to what has to be one of, if not, the worst travel experience I have had in the last 15 years.
