The crew was busy evacuating the aircraft and probably yelled at the pax to get away from the aircraft asap. The aft door pax obviously took the advice, the front pax didn't. You can't expect two crew members to evaucate and shepherd pax? The MUC firefighters arrived within 60 sec (official requirement 90 sec) and made sure the pax were taken away and the fire put out. To me this was a picturebook handling of the situation. With 30+ pax you are always going to have people reacting differently.
