What we need is a federal judge with the stones to go against the people who sign his paycheck to provide a major smackdown to the TSA. Not going to happen any time soon.
The other thing people can do in the meantime is write their elected representatives and complain about TSA incompetency and abuses of power. If enough of us complained, maybe some of the dead as**s on Capitol Hill would rein TSA in.
