A suggestion for the future
I follow this practice for applying for new credit cards. I downloaded one of the free programs that converts webpages to pdf files, win2pdf etc. Before I apply for a new card, I create a subdirectory with the new card offer and date. I then pdf print each and every page of the offer and application process. Usually about 10 pages. In the end, I have a "date stamped" file of the offer. If there are any questions, I review the pdf's. If there is a problem after I get the card (fees, bonuses, etc), I call the issuer and review the offer. This has always worked for me. Relying upon an offshore call center worker to figure out your problem with no support is not very rewarding.
