The CSR's at T-Mo are now asking for a valid e-mail address that shows you are an EMPLOYEE of the UNION (not of your company)....and a bunch of other things that cannot be provided...as they are not provided with the membership e-mail (or in the sign-up process). The migration form has now been eliminated from the linked T-Mo site. I think they might be tuning up this "deal".
