Remember, all OW carriers are expected to have the same lounge access rules for OW passengers (whether granted access by status or class of service). (the major exception of course is BA at MIA!)
Unfortunately, CX and JL interpret the COS-based entry rules differently, and ultimately they are the ones who control access to their lounges.
