How did you get the direct phone number for the location, without being routed to a call center? I have tried this in the past (normally renting at MCO), and called the local number for the station (407 area code). But when I try to make my request, I'm told that I've reached a call center.
I have so far been unsuccessful in having my upgrade request appended either to my profile or the individual rental record. I don't understand why there isn't even a limited text field in the online profile for this.
I've also tried calling the President's Club phone number from the back of my PC card to have them place a note on the specific rental reservation, and been told that they really can't do anything. If pushed, they will agree to add a text note, but tell me that it's limited to a ridiculously low number of characters, so they aren't able to enter much information.
