My thoughts exactly! Was he still jet lagged from not flying CW? If he's serious about cost cutting, the suit was probably Primark.

Regardless, there should have been some staff protocol to make sure he looked the part on the world stage instead of the scruffy, vagabond he looked like. What must people of the of the world think if he is supposed to represent London? He is no statesman, rather a little boy that has suddenly got lucky and found himself in a real job for the first time and doesn't know what to do or how to behave. Simply shocking and a great disappointment for London. If he's still Mayor in 2012 he'd better smarten his act up. (And get a decent suit that can be buttoned up!)
