In all of my CO experience, I have not had a lie-flat bed on the 57, 67 or 77. Even my NW experience gave me a flat seat at an angle (it was strange slipping off the seat each time I turned). That being said, it's too bad you had a poor BF experience. I suspect my time will come, but I hope it's a long time in the future. BTW, I tried this summer to get CLE-CDG but they weren't selling R fares. It was a $1000 cheaper to go through EWR.
