The only truly valid arguments I believe she has is the way the ICC handled the situation. "Oh, I can change the airport from SPI to SGF for only the $150 fee plus $25 Expedia fee." Then to come back and say, "Oops, you have to pay the $950 additional, and I've already charged it so you have to pay it." We may know that it'll cost a fare difference but many kettles won't. If that's actually what occurred on the phone with ICC, that's complete crap. But with the other examples of hyperbole, I'm sure there's more to that story as well.
