I like it, but I like almost all kinds of cooked meat so I won't search high and low to find it.

Next time you are in Spain, try a slice jamon serrano and then try the next level up and then try Jamon Iberico de Bellota. You will notice the diffrrerence ...trust me !!!

Now that sounds like a DO...the best jamon DO in Spain !!!
