I prefer the first row 1A or 1J on 747. That way no one is walking by me the entire flight. Noise from the galley is not much since the FA's seem to be aware of sleepers in row 5. The noise of the plane is constant everywhere so pop on those noise cancelling headsets and start grooving with the drone. It can be relaxing.
