I'm more than happy for some of my council tax to go towards Boris flying in business class, in fact I think it's incredibly daft that he chooses not to. I voted for Boris, and if he's flying economy to impress voters then I for one am not impressed.

I work in the private sector and support civil servants flying business class for flights over x number of hours.

I also feel BA did the right thing not upgrading BoJo... if they did what signal would that give out? If you're an official, book an economy ticket and we'll upgrade you...

I must admit though I, quite naively, thought that as BA is the official team GB airline that they would foot the bill of all official travel for the likes of BoJo, BOA bods and all the athletes.
