A slight annoyance though was waiting for over an hour at the gate at T5 - the jetbridge became unserviceable and it took that long to get a stairs to the plane - how incompetent is that
To be fair, if a jetty does become U/S getting steps is a bit of a task as they are all over where T5C will be. Then they need to get a driver out there. It is unfortunate but steps arent supposed to be part of life in T5A and B so they arent resourced there. BAA did buy the cheapest version of everything.
