I have had both in Spain and in restaurants in NY, which is why I compared the French and Spanish versions and suggested to the OP that they do the same. The suggestion was particularly useful I thought since there seems to be about a $340 per pound difference in the price based on what the OP said. Is the Spanish version a better? Perhaps. Is it 12 or 14 times better? Not even close in my opinion.
