The best advice I can give you is don't give up. I'm afraid I'm not checked out on the reservation system yet, so I'm not up to date on the rules. Call the FTL desk and look for a supervisor. If no sup exists, call the regular line and look for a sup. I'm not sure how far you're willing to go for this, but if I was you I would keep at it. Good luck and let us know the outcome.
