Sadly, no. It was two separate agents, actually. Luckily, they're not claiming that I *wasn't* told this; they're just saying the agents were wrong and the computer won't let them put this through.
Any suggestions? I asked for a supervisor but the agent wouldn't put me through to her ("she's on another call") and took my phone number for her to call me back, but I'm serious about ditching the rest of my flights for the year. This is bull.
