What is the baggage allowance per person in WT, can someone please clarify because the itinerary on BA.com says its 1 piece at 23kgs but i heard somewhere that there is an exception till november 2008 and they can take 32kgs. Can someone please clarify this for me?

As Sunrise stated in her post the heavy charge will not come into effect until the 26th Nov, so although the allowance is 23k, BA will waiver the charge and allow up to 32k for free until Nov.
