sorry to be a bit dumb,

My parents are flying to Bom on Monday 25th August and being asian they have been stressing over the baggage limit for the last two weeks trying to squeeze an extra ounce or two into the bags (They are taking the whole world and its best mate with them!).

one question:

What is the baggage allowance per person in WT, can someone please clarify because the itinerary on BA.com says its 1 piece at 23kgs but i heard somewhere that there is an exception till november 2008 and they can take 32kgs. Can someone please clarify this for me?
