KVS FAQ, I quickly found out that
"@" = On request/waitlist (applicable to NH/OZ flights only).
From KVS Tool FAQ:
# Q: [SNT: Awards/StarAlliance] Method suddenly shows availability as "@" for non-OZ/NH flights.
