I think the purser on my flight yesterday (SFO-HNL) worked your flight. The man across the aisle from me started swearing loudly when the purser told him that a diabetic meal was not loaded for him. She told him that she would write it up and it would get to the person who made the mistake. She gave an example of a flight last week when someone forgot to load that snack mix. She told him that she wrote it up and the person who was responsible for the mistake got the message. It must have been your flight!
