Agree with GadgetFreak, the Tom Binh Ultimate strap really helps. The stock claw strap is ok for a short time but the Binh makes my fully loaded bag feel about 25% lighter.

I've had my Air Boss for about 3 years -- it's a wonderful bag but a couple of small changes would make it perfect for me. 1) One integrated zippered pouch on the inside for keeping small valuables together and 2) Cams on the main zipper so you can use a TSA lock without going through the monkey paws or the square hole in the zipper pulls. Minor dings for a terrific product.
