I think all that includes is LDW. Loss Damage Waiver which removes your responsibility for damages to the rental car.

If you were to...say...roll it into a ditch during a snow storm. That's covered. If you take out a Mercedes with your rental and break some guy's neck. You're not covered and that comes from your personal insurance.
