Using the SNT: Awards/StarAlliance feature of the KVS Tool, I was startled to see "@" as the availability (instead of '+' or '-'). Checking the
KVS FAQ, I quickly found out that
"@" = On request/waitlist (applicable to NH/OZ flights only).
However, I was looking at AC flights!
