My bet is that United will be double catering the flight with BOB out of IAD. Good luck getting your selection on the return flight since I'm sure they won't load meals for everyone.
Talking to some UA F/A that I know here in SFO, I know that UA is already double catering HNL flights out of SFO, which is pretty disgusting when you know that the F salad has been sitting around for 7 or 8 hours before it gets served to you.
