I'd guess you won't have any problems unless you're flying out of a very small airport that's a long way from IL!

AZ apparently isn't concerned with residents resembling their drivers license photos, as theirs are good for a maximum of (I think) 35 years!
AZ licenses require no renewal between 25 and 65 if you maintain a clean driving record. You're supposed to go in for a new picture when your appearance "changes significantly." In practice, I don't think guys who start shaving their heads, or girls who drastically change haircolor, decide this is "significant."
