And FYI - CX has just annouced that all departures and arrivals after 2pm will be cancelled (until at least 2am on Sat). CX's YYZ-HKG has diverted to ICN so flight will now arrive HKG most likely on Sat morning and AC's rescheduled flight from today is scheduled to arrive on Sat at 1030.
I'm operating 015 Friday morning so I have been watching this with interest. Had 015 today arrived on schedule at 1:10 Friday the forcast is for winds of 65 knots/ 75 mph. By 5pm the forcast has winds 70kts/80mph.And the winds are crosswinds 70 degrees off the runway. I agree wholeheartedly that the flight was delayed until Friday morning. That's a weather delay....sorry Sopwith but that's 34 years experience flying heavy jets talking...
