I'd be interested in the mix of HDD and Flash-powered iPod Touch devices as adding the HDD would necessitate a form-factor change to accommodate the thickness of the HDD. That would be an interesting move on Apple's part. Then again, unifying the product line and maintaining a single OS going forward (and the better one is clearly the Touch/iPhone interface) makes a lot of sense.
