Do note it has a real name, real passport used for ID, real foreign DL presented, and no DUIs. No fake, no forge, no lies, 100% confirmable genuine meets all TSA ID requirements in place TODAY for the "ID=Security" Age. (No nitpicking "it would have expired last year" from the peanut gallery, please. ) But he qualified as a Safe Driver.
Even if Atta were on the no-fly list, he'd still use his safe driver license to pass through security using a fake boarding pass.
