Yes, but being a "safe driver" does not mean you are a safe passenger or a safe pilot. TSA might even consider you a terrorist. This link is to the ultimate "safe driver" license.

Do note it has a real name, real passport used for ID, real foreign DL presented, and no DUIs. No fake, no forge, no lies, 100% confirmable genuine meets all TSA ID requirements in place TODAY for the "ID=Security" Age. (No nitpicking "it would have expired last year" from the peanut gallery, please. ) But he qualified as a Safe Driver.
