I did like LH's lounge better - although it was crowded and I lucked out on the seating part (been there 4 times and only once managed to get a seat within 10 minutes from entering). Far more choice of snacks than UA's lounge. As for the booze part, LH had a wider variety. LH also had these mini sandwiches - salmon, salami, and a few others. Just don't expect to get full on even three of them! UA's tend to be far less crowded though.
