Programs: Northwest Airlines. MTA pay-per-ride Metrocard; zero-balance Oyster card.

Quick Q: does CO offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase like NW does?
Title says it all. I can't for the life of me remember if they do and/or find the info on co.com
