Sounds like a glitch to me. The clue? Another card and credentials kit. If this was programed, I doubt they'd do that and just send out more certs with a letter.

I hope it's not a glitch though, as I flew 220k+ last year and am at 125k YTD already.

Even with the H or higher internationally, they are still valid on anything in North America and Hawaii. So I'd look at it as Six more HK50s at the very least.

Regardless, a visit to the P.O. Box on Monday seems to be in order. I'd put your money on it just being full of bills, however.
