Upgradeable fares are Business (C,D), Economy (Y,B,M,H, Q,V,W,S,L,T,K) in Region 1, Y,B,M,H in Region 2. Valid through 8/31/04!

I qualified both times the hard way, last year flew 150k, this year so far flew 130k. I have no idea why I got this packet, but I am NOT complaining.

This makes up for the fact that on my last two business class flights the recline has been broken on the seat so it would not stay upright........
