Hello, I am in the process of moving into the CO OnePass program. I have already opened my Chase checking account and am impatiently waiting for the miles to post. Looking to get more miles, my question is:

Is the current offer of 21,000 miles for signing up for the Master Card a “good” deal or does CO traditionally offer more miles at other times of the year? I am in a position where I would wait if they are known to do 25,000 + offers, but am not sure if that happens on a regular basis.
