I'm also at a loss to understand the basis of a complaint about check-in, given that:

(i) GVA/BA advertise the fact that check-in opens 2 hours before the flight and
(ii) with a 0745 and a 1015 departure, there should be no expectation of check-in being open between 0700 and 0815.
